Can I get advice about which product to use?
Absolutely. Just send us a message and one of our team will get back to you with personalised advice based on your plants or garden.
Where do you deliver?
We are only able to deliver to mainland UK. Currently we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Jersey or the Channel Islands. Apologies for any inconvenience.
What are your delivery charges?
Our standard UK delivery charge is £4.99.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed and delivered within 3-5 working days.
We process orders for despatch up to midday Mon-Fri. Orders received after 12pm will be processed the next day and any orders received after 12pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major debit and credit cards and payments via PayPal.
Do you store my payment details on file?
We do not store any of your payment details on our site. During a transaction all of your data is fully encrypted whilst being sent to the payment processor. We use stripe.com to process your payments. Stripe is a trusted leader within the industry.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Whenever possible, we will make out of stock products available for pre-order and this will be shown on the product page.
Alternatively, you will be given an option to join a waitlist and be notified when an item is back in stock.
How do I change my shipping address?
Once an order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, it may not be possible to change a shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible either through the ‘Contact us’ page or via email at info@plantsmith.co.uk Please include your name and order number.
If you want to change a shipping address before placing an order, please login to your online account where you can update your details. Please remember to check that the details have been updated when placing your order.
What exactly happens after I've placed my order?
After placing an order you will receive an order notification by email. Your order is then processed and prepared for delivery. You will receive a further email once your order is ready and on it’s way with our delivery partner.
